Srinagar, Dec 09: National Conference (NC) senior leader and MLA Hazratbal Salman Ali Sagar today visited Jenab Saheb Soura and Anchar areas, and held detailed interaction with the communities.
The locals at the occasion apprised the concerned MLA about pressing issues including electricity and water supply in their areas.
He also issued on spot directions to all concerned departments for their immediate resolution, and stated he will personally oversee the redressal process to ensure timely action on the ground.
Speaking at a gathering, MLA Hazratbal said: “Anchar has a history of remarkable sacrifices and has always stood firmly with us. I reaffirm my commitment to ensuring that every pending developmental work in Anchar is taken to completion without delay. In this regard, I have sanctioned Rs 60 lakh from my CDF exclusively for Anchar to address urgent public requirements”.
He was accompanied by officials from KPDCL, SMC, PHE, CDC and City Roads Division during the visit.
