Achieved at Gulmarg from January 23 to 25, his performance, as per a statement issued has drawn attention to the gap between athlete potential and policy backing, particularly in infrastructure-heavy winter disciplines.Alongside Aadil stood his teammates Mohammad Sarfaraz, Faheem Masood Shah, and Ishfaq Ahmad—young men who represent hundreds of unseen athletes across the Valley, training in harsh winters with minimal exposure and almost no sponsorship.
