Jammu, Feb 2: The Legislative Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir, which convened on Monday for Budget Session, paid glowing tributes to former MLA Ghulam Muhammad Khan and former MLC Khawaja Ghulam Muhammad Lone, who passed away since the last session.
