Srinagar, Mar 24: Screen Academy has announced nominations for the Chetak Screen Awards 2025 across 31 categories, honouring the best of Hindi cinema and OTT.
A statement issued here said that Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar leads the nominations with 24 nods, followed by Mohit Suri’s Saiyaara with 17 and Neeraj Ghaywan’s Homebound with 15. The nominations reflect a mix of theatrical and digital releases, highlighting evolving storytelling formats.
Established in 1995, the awards are governed by an independent Screen Academy of over 50 members. More than 95 percent participated in this year’s voting, with each category evaluated by 38–40 members using a trimmed mean method to ensure fairness. A detailed scoring rubric was developed by Professor Priya Jaikumar of USC.
