Jammu, Nov 15: A delegation of the J&K Bharat Scouts and Guides called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan on Saturday and presented him with the ‘Sticker Flag’ to mark the 75th Foundation Day of the organisation.
The commemorative visit, as per an official statement, is part of the nationwide celebrations held annually on November 7, observed as the Foundation Day of Bharat Scouts and Guides.
Wg Cdr MM Joshi, National Commissioner, Headquarters for Special Programme, Bharat Scouts & Guides; Ms Nasreen Khan, Secretary and Administrative Officer; Dr Renu Nanda, J&K Commissioner (Ranger), senior officials, trainers, Scouts & Guides were present during the interaction.
