Srinagar, Dec 13: The Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) on Saturday granted recognition to the Big Jammu & Kashmir Premier League, permitting registered JKCA players to participate in the tournament.
According to a notice issued by the JKCA, all players registered with the Association are eligible to take part in the league, except those included in JKCA teams for the 2025–26 season. The Association has specified that a list of 15 players selected for the season will remain ineligible for participation.
The JKCA, in the notification has clarified that it will not have any operational or organisational involvement in the tournament and will bear no liability related to its conduct. However, the Association has allowed the use of its official logo for the league.
