JKCA issues guidelines for sub-junior, junior fitness-cum-fielding camp in Kashmir

Srinagar, Mar 19: The Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) has issued detailed instructions for the conduct of a Fitness-cum-Fielding Camp for Sub-Junior and Junior boys of the Kashmir Division, scheduled to be held from March 30 to April 5 at SK Stadium here.

According to the guidelines, the camp aims to enhance players’ fitness levels and refine their fielding skills during the off-season. Outstation players and support staff will be accommodated at a city hotel, while transportation between the venue and lodging facility will be arranged through designated vehicles.

JKCA said lunch will be provided to participants on all camp days, with necessary arrangements to be coordinated in advance by the association’s Srinagar office. Drinking water facilities will also be ensured at the venue.

The association has appointed a dedicated support staff for the camp, including Huwaid Hamid as Fielding Coach-cum-Camp Incharge, Amit Bargotra and Sajan Sharma as trainers, Hassib Rehman as physiotherapist, and Shabir Ahmad Dar as yoga instructor.

Officials said detailed performance reports of each player will be prepared and submitted by the trainers and fielding coach at the conclusion of the camp.
