Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Akshay Labroo felicitated specially abled DPS Srinagar students Zainab Bilal, who secured 96% marks and Farees Rafiq with 93% marks, for their exceptional CBSE Class 10 results.
“Both fighting the challenge of visual impairment, students independently wrote their exams using computers without a scribe, achieving a first-of-its-kind milestone in Jammu and Kashmir and setting a new benchmark in inclusive education,” said a press release.
